Our owners have both taken this class at the Torciano estate in San Gimignano, Tuscany➖TWICE➖and it is a lifetime memory. We are so thrilled to be able to bring it to New Buffalo for the second time, and now to a much larger group with our renovations finally complete!

In this clip Chiara prepares us for the Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G.
We will also be firing up our fantastic Vesuvio Oven to make fresh bread for our house bruschetta for you to clean your palates and sop up the oil and Balsamic (and wine).
